Juan Carlos Ventura
Juan Carlos Ventura is a seasoned investor, advisor, and operator with over two decades of experience spanning real estate and hospitality development, critical infrastructure, logistics, and life sciences. As Managing Partner of CIWA Transportation, Mr. Ventura leads the investment, development, and operation of transportation infrastructure projects designed to deliver efficient, scalable cargo solutions across both emerging and developed markets.
Throughout his 20+ year career, Mr. Ventura has distinguished himself by building high-performing teams, forging strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable growth in complex, regulated industries. His strategic partnerships include leading global and regional firms such as Chemoil Corporation (part of Glencore), Petroleos Delta, Caoba Capital, Key International, and Alpha Moonlight, among others.
An active investor, Mr. Ventura’s portfolio reflects his commitment to transformative ventures that improve lives and reshape industries. His investments include:
- Brazil Tower Company: a leading communications infrastructure provider in Latin America;
- BioCynetic: a biotechnology firm advancing novel therapeutic platforms;
- Pacemate: a medtech company developing next-generation medical devices;
- PrecisionLife: an AI-driven drug discovery company redefining personalized medicine;
- Ballast Point Ventures: a growth equity firm supporting innovative, high-potential companies across the Southeastern United States.
Mr. Ventura holds a degree in Business Administration from American University and completed advanced master’s coursework in Real Estate and Finance at Florida International University (FIU). Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is also an engaged member of several business organizations and the American Chamber of Commerce, where he contributes his experience and insights to support peers and emerging entrepreneurs.

Walter Revell
Mr. Walter Revell is Chairman of Revell Investments International, Chairman Emeritus of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Chairman of SYMX Holdings, and former Secretary of Transportation for the State of Florida among a storied career. He also served as Chairman and CEO of H.J. Ross Associates & Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan (PBS&J). Mr. Revell has been deeply involved in major transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the United States and internationally.
A distinguished executive and public servant with over four decades of leadership across infrastructure, transportation, finance, and corporate governance. Mr. Revell has led multi-billion-dollar organizations, advised on critical transportation systems, and served on major public and private boards throughout the U.S. and internationally.
